The fact I come in for a same day appointment, got one and doctors was concerned enough to want me to return later for second short appointment and seemed very concerned and careing and explained everything.

Thorough diagnosis - recommend blood test and took BP. V. pleasant doctor - unhurried. Reception could have advised that appointments were running twenty mins late when I booked in. I was not able to make appt for blood tests. - Could have staggered lunches?

The surgery has an appointment system where you ring up at 08.30 to get an appointment that day. At first this may seem strange but the system really does work, every time I have used this system I have got an appointment the same morning. There are very few delays. I have found all the Drs that I have seen very good and I cannot praise the surgery high enough. You hear a lot about patients being unable to get Drs appointment but not at this wonderful surgery. Thanks to all the staff and the lady Dr I saw today.
